blend the silken tofu with salt, spices (onion powder, garlic powder, etc.) herbs (maybe oregano and basil), and diced tomatoes to make a tomato “cream” sauce and heat it up in a saucepan. when the sauce is almost done add the spinach to it.

finely chop up the garlic and get it going in a sautee pan with cooking spray. once the garlic is browned, slice up the field roast sausage on a bias and sautee them making sure to flip the pieces to get it cooked on both sides.

also cook up some pasta (spaghetti or whatever)

put the pasta as the base, add some pieces of the sauteed sausage on top and cover it with some cream sauce.
